Logo Upload Instructions

To make sure your logo engraves clearly, please prepare it using our Logo Preview & Trace Tool before uploading it to your order.

1. Open the Logo Preview & Trace Tool.
2. Upload your logo to the tool.
3. Adjust the Threshold slider until your logo looks clear and all important details are visible.
4. Choose your engraving colour: Black or Silver.
• We can only engrave logos in black or silver.
• Full-colour or multi-colour engraving is not available.
5. Download the finished logo as a PNG file.
6. Return to this product page and upload the PNG file with your order.

Important: Please upload the PNG created by the Logo Preview & Trace Tool, rather than your original logo file. This helps us produce the best possible engraving preview.

Logo not looking quite right?
Light or detailed logos may not convert perfectly. Email your logo to info@clinks.com and our artwork team can prepare a mock-up for you.

If the preview appears slightly off-centre, skewed or overlapping, rest assured our artist will centre the engraving and ensure it is not cut off.

Turnaround time: Please allow 2 full business days for engraving, in addition to postage time. If you have an urgent requirement please contact us and we will try to accommodate.
